Godaddy's "analyze my site"

I used Trellian to design my website and hosted it on Godaddy. Upon using godaddy's new analyze my site tools for Search Engine Visibility it came back and said that I didn't have description or keyword meta tags. I was forced to use notepad and insert quotes " in front of and behind "description" and "keyword" in order for my meta tags to be picked up. example below.
old<META name=description content=
new<META name="description" content=

Can this be fixed or is it a problem with godaddy.

I am using version: 4.0.0.152

Please try the next release of WebPage (v4.0.0.240). It is currently in beta testing, so please make backups of all files before editing using the beta version of WebPage.
